GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In the auction, a rare and fascinating Legnano antique bicycle, Condorino model, an icon of vintage cycling and Italian collectible. The bike retains its classic original paint in the Legnano brand’s typical olive green/yellow tone, enriched by the original decals of the era, including the Legnano warrior logo on the head tube and on the fenders.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND VISIBLE COMPONENTS
The frame features the classic curved sport handlebar of the Condorino type in chrome steel with light vintage grips. The drivetrain is equipped with a vintage rear derailleur operated by the shifter positioned on the diagonal tube of the frame, paired with a monocipma chainring with a chrome chain guard branded Legnano. The braking system consists of vintage spoke brakes/calipers in aluminum. The bicycle is equipped with original shaped aluminum fenders, a black vintage Grand Prix model saddle, and wheels with Ambrosio aluminum rims.

CONDITION AND ESTHETIC STATE
The bicycle presents in original conservative conditions, not restored, ideal for collectors or for a conservative restoration project. The frame shows an authentic patina with widespread and normal signs of rust blooming, scratches, and wear to the paint and decals attesting to its age. The tires are vintage and show evident signs of drying out and wear, therefore replacement is recommended for road use. Mechanism needs cleaning and lubrication.
