Elegant and fascinating sculpture depicting a royal owl, attributable to early 2000s Spanish artisanal production, plated in Sterling Silver 925 and with a glossy wooden base.
The owl captivates with its intense, proud, and piercing gaze, enhanced by the large, glossy glassy eyes that give the figure an extraordinarily realistic expression. The plumage, finely crafted, features a rich interweaving of silver details—from the wings to the talons, up to the branch on which the raptor is perched.
The sculpture rests on an elegant burgundy pedestal, accompanied by the original plaque in Spanish reading «Baño plata ley», translatable as «Sterling silver bath of lawful title», referring to the use of Sterling 925 silver. The inscription identifies a silver-coated finish, not a sculpture in solid silver.
On the wooden base there is a polished and transparent Masonic medallion, decorated with some of the most representative symbols of Freemasonry: the square and compasses with the letter G, the Eye of Providence, the two pillars of Solomon's Temple, the open book, and the checkered floor.
