This elegant acrylic-on-canvas work is framed within a stylized figurative cubism with strong lyrical and musical inspiration, depicting a refined anthropomorphic cat dressed for a formal occasion while playing the double bass. The composition is built through a careful architecture of angular planes and clean geometries, where the cobalt blue suit and the black bow tie over the white shirt of the character stand out. The warm instrument in earthy and ochre tones dominates the foreground, visually accompanied at the bottom by the deconstruction of piano keys, reinforcing the jazz universe atmosphere. The color palette achieves a sober and sophisticated contrast between the cool tones of the background and the warmth of the double bass wood, offering a piece full of rhythm, mystery, and a notable stage presence.
