Atari - 2600 VCS - Defender - Video game - Without original box

Defender for the Atari 2600, released in June 1982, is one of the most celebrated and best-selling home conversions in console history, able to move over 3 million cartridges. The game is the official port of the eponymous and famous horizontally scrolling arcade shooter developed by Eugene Jarvis for Williams Electronics in 1981.
The Atari 2600 version, programmed by Bob Polaro, is remembered above all as a small miracle of technical ingenuity due to the heavy limitations of home hardware compared to the original arcade cabinet.
