This oil on canvas composition stands out for its vigorous dynamism and rich pictorial texture, masterfully capturing the galloping movement of two horses in an open field. Through a loose, energetic, and gestural brushwork, the work conveys a deep sense of freedom and vital strength, intensified by the manes whipped by the wind and the dust cloud unfurling in the lower zone. The color palette rests on a warm harmony dominated by ochre, gold, and earth tones, superbly contrasted with subtle blue and neutral hues in the background, creating a dialogue between the earthly atmosphere and the sky that frames the scene in a sober and elegant way.
