Willy Guérin - Vase - Stoneware - LARGE VASE

Magnificent and large monumental art stoneware vase from Bouffioulx, crafted by the renowned Guérin pottery.
This piece features an impressive height (40 cm) and showcases a superb sculpted, incised high-relief design of a fantasy dragon with spread wings, highlighted by an intense cobalt blue glaze.
The neck and base feature fluted borders with a dark metallic patina that beautifully contrasts with the soft grey-toned stoneware background.
A rare piece due to its mythological motif, highly sought after compared to the more common floral or traditional designs.
