I earned my degree in Scenography in Rome, with top marks, and initially I worked as a set decorator in various theatre and television productions. This activity gave me productive painting skills for my artworks. I developed sensitivity to the figure of the woman whom I portray in all her facets, letting her strength shine through but also great fragility, leveraging the help of the sandy material and resin. Resin as a symbol of water, a vital element from which we are protected since the maternal womb, but sometimes also suffocated. I call it the frozen lava, which fossilizes and freezes the present moment. The works created exclusively in oil are from the series "Bad Girl" and "Bad Boy", in which I show a strong, transgressive and sensual woman/man. Today a television production designer, I keep my love for the project fused with emotion, which I strive to express in all fields.
