Atala Vintage - Pink Campagnolo Era Racing Bicycle (Rosa)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In the auction, a splendid and iconic vintage racing bicycle by Atala, a true classic of Italian historical cycling. The steel frame retains its characteristic and fascinating metallic pink/purple paint of the era, enriched by red-highlighted joints and by the original Atala decals and logos on the tubes.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND VISIBLE COMPONENTS
The bicycle is equipped with a prestigious vintage Campagnolo mechanical group. The transmission includes a Campagnolo rear derailleur, Campagnolo front derailleur, Campagnolo downtube shifting levers paired with a Nervar double-chainring crankset, and classic pedals with toe clips and leather straps. The braking system consists of vintage brake calipers and handlebars brake levers with brown covers. The cockpit features a handlebars inlet made of aluminum with a racing bend and red tape matched to the brake cable housings. The saddle is a classic black leather model. The wheels are vintage with aluminum rims paired with racing tubular tires.
