Peugeot Vintage - Vintage Racing Bicycle Steel Carbolite
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In the auction, a classic and fascinating vintage racing bicycle signed Peugeot, the historic French brand symbol of classic cycling. The steel frame is made with special Carbolite 103 tubes by Peugeot France and preserves its classic white/silver metallic paint, enriched by the typical Peugeot graphics and inscriptions with orange and yellow details and the classic lion logo on the seat tube and the fork.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND VISIBLE COMPONENTS
The bicycle is equipped with vintage components. The twelve-speed drivetrain includes a rear derailleur, front derailleur, and frame-mounted shift levers, paired with a vintage aluminum Nervar France double-chainring crankset and toe-clip pedals. The braking system comprises vintage brake bodies and brake levers with brake hood covers. The cockpit features a white aluminum handlebar stem with an integrated vintage cyclometer computer, a racing drop with white tape, and a classic bottle cage mounted on the frame. The saddle is a vintage white leather Selle San Marco model, completed by a spare tube secured behind the saddle. The wheels feature aluminum rims for tubular tires.
