Splendid vintage original curtain from the 1980s by Manifattura Varetto, an Italian furniture production whose charm is now hard to find, characterized by a natural-looking texture and extraordinary visual lightness.
The real protagonist of this fabric is the color: a refined succession of vertical stripes in delicate, luminous tones, where sky blue and powder-blue come together with periwinkle/lilac and ivory hues, creating a fresh, elegant and particularly harmonious whole.
The linen-blend weave, deliberately visible and slightly irregular, gives the fabric that tactile, material look typical of high-quality workmanship. The weave is light and allows light to filter pleasantly: once hung, the pattern gains depth and the different tones seem to blend and shift slightly with changing lighting.
The vertical stripes slim visually the curtain and make it an ideal solution for both contemporary environments and vintage, coastal, Mediterranean or country-chic interiors. Beautiful for large windows, glazed panels, full-height curtains, but also interesting for decorative and interior design projects.
The large size is particularly notable, a full 7.10 meters in length by 3.30 meters in height, which allows creating a dramatic pair of curtains while maintaining an excellent abundance of fabric.
