vintage Pétanque (Boules) set.

A comprehensive vintage Pétanque (Boules) set.
The Equipment
• Metal Boules: There are six heavy, chrome-plated steel balls. They are highly polished, reflecting the ambient light. The balls feature distinct engraved pattern lines (stripes) used by players to identify their specific set during a game.
• The Jack (Cochonnet): A small, plain wooden target ball sits near the center-left. This serves as the target that players aim for during matches.
• Measuring Tools: Several black, rectangular strips (likely magnets or templates) and a small black accessory are arranged near the wooden ball. These are typically used for measuring the distance between a boule and the jack during close scoring situations.
