Olot school - Christ Child in a manger (2) - Earthenware - 1950-1960

This baby Jesus (Nino Jesus De Cuna) is pristine and has glass eyes. A sweet face and delicate hands and feet. He lies in the straw in the 'manger'. That is a wooden trough that used to serve as a diaper bin. It looks very old, which is exactly the intention. On the rectangular imprint on the back there was a label with the maker's name.
