Mara. J XL - Citrine Dawn

A golden yellow, peach and coral-sfumato glow lightens the upper part of the canvas with dense, bright foliage. As it descends, the light blends with mauve and plum tones, preparing the transition downward. Here, vibrant green leaves emerge among the last golden leaves, on a dark base dotted with rust reflections. Fine, purplish stems rise from the bottom, light, crossing the layers up to the light. The surface is tactile, built up from successive impressions of vegetation and glazes. From this emerges a warm, luminous image, like a morning that slowly comes alive on the foliage.
