Seller's Story
Each lot purchased will ALWAYS be sent individually, in all cases and for all auctions carried out. Although the number of lots purchased is multiple and by the same user. Without exceptions for any case. It is done to avoid if there is loss, incidence or accident in the transport. This prevents it from being multiple and affecting more than one item. In addition, this benefits the TRANSPORTATION INSURANCE coverage in case of need.
Claims for breakages cannot be dealt with with the shipping coverage insurance after 48 hours after receipt at destination. It is essential for insurance coverage not to accept packages in poor condition. And in the event of receipt or acceptance of packages with a damaged appearance, it is essential to present a signed certificate specifying the damage received at the time of collection. Our shipments are always CERTIFIED and signed upon receipt. INSURED as long as an incident is notified (According to protocol and through Catawiki) before 72 HOURS from receipt of the merchandise.
We are professionals and we take maximum care of our packaging.
