Description from the seller

Bracelet adorned with a silver Pi Xiu. Ornate click clasp.

This substantial bracelet features the mythical Pixiu sculpted in high relief on a royal mesh, a powerful talisman attracting wealth, business fortune, and guarding the treasure.

In Chinese imperial mythology and the precepts of traditional Feng Shui, the Pixiu (or Pi Yao) is the quintessential creature of material fortune. According to the legend of Asian palaces, this winged creature feeds exclusively on gold, silver, and precious jewels without ever returning them, symbolizing the continuous accumulation of wealth and the total preservation of acquired goods.
The story says that the pixiu fights demons and evil spirits, transforming their life essence into riches. The pixiu is also used to overcome demons and malevolent spirits that cause diseases, or to prevent them.
It is said to bring infinite happiness to its owner.

On the central plate, the Pixiu dominates. On the reverse of the clasp, a chiselled medal reveals the composite ideogram Zhao Cai Jin Bao (« Let wealth in and prosper with treasures »), a calligraphic formula revered by Oriental merchants to consecrate business success.
The imposing double mesh gives the whole piece dramatic volume and a remarkable masculine fit on the wrist, evoking the solidity of an ornamental chain mail.

Worn on the wrist, this bracelet conveys to its owner the vibrant energy of prosperity and a confident presence. It attracts favorable opportunities, preserves gains made, and accompanies every initiative with the calm assurance of those who build their own success.

Dimensions:
- Bracelet length: 22.3 cm;
- Bracelet width: 5.5 x 16.5 mm (approx.);
- Pixiu size: 10.5 x 20.15 mm
- Total weight: 100 g.
Silver alloy.
------
The Celestial Pixiu: The Creature of Unending Abundance
Ninth descendant of the Dragon in the Chinese mythological bestiary, the Pixiu is the designated guardian of imperial coffers. Feng Shui masters traditionally recommend it to entrepreneurs, investors, and merchants to attract a constant flow of prosperity and prevent the involuntary dispersion of capital.

The Ideogram « Zhao Cai Jin Bao » and the Sapèques: The Call of Treasures
Engraved on the reverse of the clasp, the calligraphy Zhao Cai Jin Bao forms a sacred ligature where four characters intertwine to signify the convergence of treasures toward the bearer. The border of round sapèques with a square center represents the union of Heaven (the circle) and Earth (the square), attracting financial luck on the material plane.
