We ship via FedEx or DHL to all destinations (except countries we exclude from shipping). After your item has been shipped, FedEx or DHL may contact you regarding delivery or customs clearance. Please make sure that the e-mail address and phone number registered with Catawiki are correct, and please check messages from FedEx or DHL after shipment.

【Payment Deadline】

【Customs】
Import duties, taxes (VAT), and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility. As a general rule of thumb, total import charges (including VAT, duties, and handling fees) are approximately 20% to 30% of the final bid price (handling fees weigh more on lower-value orders). Please check your country's import rules and current tax rates before bidding.

Note for EU buyers: If your total order value is €150 or less, import VAT is already collected by Catawiki at checkout (IOSS scheme). Under the EU rules in effect since July 2026, a small flat customs duty (€3) and a carrier handling fee may still apply on delivery. If you are charged import VAT again, please contact us before paying. For orders over €150, import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees will be charged upon import.

*Important – customs clearance & storage fees: After shipment, FedEx or DHL may contact you regarding customs clearance. Please respond to any request from the carrier or customs within 3 days. Once a package arrives at the customs facility, the first approximately 3 days are free of charge; after that, the carrier charges storage fees for every additional day. DHL's storage fee is approximately €7.00 per kg per day with a 2 kg minimum (about €14 per day), depending on the destination country, and these fees can quickly exceed the value of the item itself. Any storage fees incurred during customs clearance are also the buyer's responsibility.

If the winning bidder cancels or refuses delivery after shipment, or if the package is returned due to unanswered customs requests or unpaid import charges, all resulting costs (shipping, return shipping, accrued storage fees, and any charges billed to the seller) will be borne by the buyer, and any refund will be calculated after deducting these costs.
