Splendid and iconic heavy-knit cardigan signed Stone Island, dating from the esteemed Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. The garment features sturdy vertical ribbing ("English rib") in pure wool, offering warmth, structure, and an excellent fit.
It presents an extremely functional hybrid design for men: it is equipped with a protective raised collar inside which a lightweight nylon hood is housed, non-removable. The hood can be conveniently rolled up, stored, and hidden inside the collar via dedicated snap buttons. The front closure is double, consisting of a solid metal YKK Vislon zipper (5VS) and a logoed buttoned storm flap. On the left sleeve is the unmistakable and iconic compass badge of Stone Island, attached with original buttons. There are two zippered welt pockets. A top-level archival piece, perfect for collectors and brand enthusiasts.

CONDITION OF THE GARMENT
Condition: VERY GOOD VINTAGE
The garment presents superb overall condition and structurally flawless. The wool knit maintains good compactness, with no holes, tears, stitching unraveling, or felting signs. Pilling is practically absent, limited only to very slight and normal surface wear due to minimal use. The zippers are perfect and run smoothly. The badge on the sleeve is intact and in excellent condition.
Minor wear note: As visible in macro detail photos, some of the black logo buttons show a minimal and partial loss of the dark superficial enamel, lightly revealing the underlying metal base. This is a tiny aesthetic time mark and completely normal for this type of Stone Island metal finish, which does not compromise the coat’s use or exceptional aesthetics. All internal labels are intact and fully legible.
