AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978, in Saarland.

My enthusiasm for art began in the early 1990s with graffiti. Even then I was fascinated by colors, forms, and the possibility of giving my ideas a personal expression. This passion continues to form the foundation of my work to this day.

I was greatly influenced by my teacher and mentor, the artist Parscha Mirghawameddin. It was with him that I learned to paint. His sense for color, his eye for composition, and his artistic experience were of enormous significance for my development. As his pupil I could benefit from a knowledge and a passion that still accompany me today.

I am very grateful to Parscha for sharing his experiences with me and for supporting me on my artistic path. Learning from him was a special opportunity for me. On this basis I developed my own visual language and found my personal approach to painting.

Since 2015 I have devoted myself with great enthusiasm to abstract art. I am especially fascinated by the squeegee technique: the interplay of color layers, the resulting structures, and the surprising forms that give each painting its own character. Here, learned craftsmanship meets intuition and the joy of experimentation.

My paintings are meant to enliven spaces, evoke emotions, and bring lasting pleasure to their viewers. Each work leaves room for one’s own thoughts and discoveries. It is precisely this openness that makes abstract painting so special to me: a painting can mean something different for everyone and can reveal new sides over time.

With every canvas I further develop my work — carried by my artistic roots, the valuable impulses of my teacher, and the desire to create something of my own.

The canvas is unstretched and will be carefully rolled in a shipping tube before dispatch. An authenticity certificate is included in the delivery.
