In 1981 he earned a diploma in Sculpture from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. He worked in Vittorio Tavernari's studio and later collaborated with Francesco Somaini. Alongside his artistic research, he taught Visual Arts and sculpture until 2019. He creates works in marble, stone, wood and bronze, as well as paintings and graphic works.
Among his monumental works are Madame Africa and the Gate of Mercy. He now lives and works between Viggiù and Bagheria, cities that represent his artistic and personal roots.
