Itika watch Turbo Chronograph Day Date, Ref. 7000, a 41 mm stainless steel automatic chronograph for men with a black dial and a steel bracelet, powered by a Swiss ETA Valjoux 7750 movement; the watch is in good condition with visible signs of wear and is shipped insured.
Description from the seller
This 1990s/early-2000s chronograph perfectly embodies the functional and rigorous aesthetic of a golden era for these technical and sport watches.
The solid stainless steel case, 41mm in diameter (excluding the crown), stands out for its satin finish and clean lines, typical of the era's design philosophy.
Portability is excellent, with a thickness of 13.5 mm that conveys robustness to the wrist. The screw-down steel case back guarantees the seal, with reference (7000) and specifications engraved, while the flat crystal shows some marks.
The real protagonista is the black dial, with excellent legibility: the three asymmetric sub-dials give it a highly charming personality and the luminescent baton indices add a unique vintage warmth.
Equally captivating are the white hour hands, contrasted by the orange chronograph hands that provide the final sporty touch.
At 3 o'clock we find the handy day (in English) window and the date. A detailed tachymeter scale frames everything, ready for track use.
The beating heart of this timepiece is the legendary Swiss Made ETA Valjoux 7750 movement, an automatic chronograph movement renowned for its reliability and precision, operating at 28,800 alternations/hour. The watch runs regularly and the chronograph section starts, stops, and resets with the proper precision.
Completing the watch is its original satin-finished stainless steel bracelet, intact and vintage, with broad curved links and an unsigned folding clasp. The total length, including the case, is about 18 cm.
