Description from the seller
The Shore I Left Behind
I stand where two worlds dissolve into one another - the ocean behind me pale and still, a distant sail barely breathing on the horizon. My red kimono pools at my feet like spilled lacquer, its embroidered blossoms unfurling across silk in golds, blacks and deep teals, painted with strokes so smooth they seem to breathe. I wear my hair long and dark, adorned with scattered ornaments I no longer remember choosing. Seaweed and shells gather quietly at my hem, as though the sea is slowly reclaiming me, tenderly, without urgency.

About the Artist
Enigma is an Italian surrealist working across dream, disruption, and wit - never settling into one mood or one way of seeing. Some paintings are quiet and symbolic, others catch a moment coming apart mid-motion, others turn a playful, knowing eye on art history itself. What unites the work isn't a single style but a single instinct: reality treated as something soft enough to bend, fracture, or reimagine - rendered always in smooth, luminous brushwork and bold, contrasting color. Every canvas is one of a kind, never repeated.
