AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Refined Art Deco-style sideboard with Calacatta marble top – Attributed to Vittorio Dassi (1930s-1940s)
Main description:
Magnificent antique piece of high Italian cabinetmaking, attributed to the prestigious Vittorio Dassi production or to the excellent workshops of applied arts of the era. An authentic masterpiece that combines functionality and timeless design.
Materials & Details: Splendid top in precious Calacatta marble, characterized by warm natural veining; body in noble wood with refined fishbone veneer and contrasting textured uprights.
Drawer & Legs: Large front drawer with elegant lozenge inlay and golden motifs, enhanced by the original metal filigree knob. It’s a pity only that its label isn’t visible due to age and cleaning over the years. Resting on slender turned and fluted legs in burgundy/plum color with brass tips.

This unique piece fits perfectly in contexts of great elegance, such as luxury hotels, historic villas, professional reception offices, high fashion boutiques, or elegant private residences seeking a detail with unmistakable charm.
Conditions: Excellent overall condition, with minimal signs of time in keeping with the era
