We offer at auction an original artistic panel, composed of nine squares of about 47 x 47 cm each. It is a gallery of female portraits that reinterprets Christmas with a fashion, ironic, and dreamlike gaze, halfway between the cover of a fashion magazine and a winter fairy tale. This unique lot from the Deco Italian Design collection is available exclusively on Catawiki.

Each square is a work in itself. In the first series, with light tones, the protagonists are pop girls with red lips and Christmas sweaters. They wear iconic sunglasses, whose lenses reflect fir trees and snowy landscapes, and hairstyles intertwined with pine branches, red berries and golden spheres. In the second series, with dark and mysterious tones, the atmosphere becomes surreal and elegant: faces veiled by lace bandages, reindeer antlers, manes transforming into real Christmas trees loaded with baubles, white roses, stars and lights.

High-definition digital print on velvet-like fabric gives depth to the colors and a soft feel to the touch. Every detail, from decorations to reflections in the glasses, is crisp and vivid.

Attention: the sequence of the squares is random.
