Beautiful, stylish late Empire / early Biedermeier sofa from around 1830. See the elegant front legs, the transition from Empire to Biedermeier.

Recently and perfectly restored and professionally upholstered with a beautiful fabric. For antiques I never use the term 'as new' because that ignores the antiquity. But for this piece I make an exception.

These sofas are often not very comfortable, but this one is, because the upholstery in the back supports the lower back well.

The back is also finished perfectly so this sofa can optionally stand freely in the room or serve as a room divider.
