There are icons that have never left our imagination. Goldorak is one of them. And when it meets the horological elegance of Tissot, the result goes beyond a simple nod: it becomes a collectible image, designed for those who grew up with the heroes of yesterday without ever renouncing the taste for fine pieces today.
In Chrono Robot, I make two worlds that seem totally opposed speak to each other, and the image unites them clearly: the mythic power of Goldorak and the graphic precision of a Tissot watch. The sculpted blue dial, the monumental presence of the robot, the bold flat areas, the sharp contrasts and the almost poster-like visual codes establish an immediate face-off between pop memory and contemporary design.
What interests me here is not to reproduce a cult reference. It’s to move it. To let it enter my visual language, between pop art, street culture and a clearly asserted graphical composition. Goldorak is no longer just a childhood memory; it becomes a presence, almost a symbol. Tissot is no longer just a watch; it becomes an object of aesthetic tension, at the border between precision, style and fiction.
With this piece, I address those who instantly recognize the reference, but who also seek a work capable of visually holding its own in a collection.
A piece that speaks of time, transmission and popular culture, with enough character to not go unnoticed.

• ISO A2 format (59.4x42 cm), easy to frame

- FRAMING TIPS

Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.

Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally regains its shape before framing.

ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available at DIY or home decor stores.

Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and affordable; they perfectly showcase the works.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught, versatile French artist who grew up with 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his works.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s value has been rising notably. He was the winner of the Urban Master contest first prize (2023), then elected Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October and also featured in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place in the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also makes his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.

Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and texture play characterize a now-unmissable style.

SKE is undeniably an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with growing value.

Awarded & Noted Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art

A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work sits within a prestigious lineage. His line carries the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating Banksy’s subversion or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to distort da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.

POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawing from collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge McDuck’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.

LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: sneaker worlds (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also integrates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass-consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art with textured finishes evoking the glossy surface of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.

This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your interior.
