Exclusive Pocket Watch Auction

Pocket watch from the late 18th century, about 1780, and we are in Paris, with a painting of men in a square scene.
Master Watchmaker Sanchez, an extremely rare pocket watch with a Verge escapement from the late 1700s, in silver with a dial painting in enamel/ceramic.
You can notice an evident but well-executed restoration to the underside of the ceramic at 6 o'clock.
For the rest, aesthetic conditions are good.
Regarding the mechanism, the watch runs well but since I have not tested it over the long term I would proactively recommend a cleaning and lubrication to optimize performance.
The key is present but more recent, not from the period.

Per il resto condizioni estetiche buone.
Per quanto riguarda il funzionamento l'orologio funziona bene ma non avendolo testato sul lungo periodo consiglio preventivamente una pulizia e una lubrificazione al fine di ottimizzare le prestazioni.
Chiavetta presente ma più recente,non coeva dell'epoca.
