Founded in 1850, extends over 12 hectares, 4 of which face due south in the Château-Chalon appellation (steep hillside, slope up to 50%, soil of Lias marl covered with limestone scree at the foot of the cliffs overlooking the old village). Traditional ploughing, with no addition of herbicides or pesticides. Very low yields, around 25 hl per hectare
