→ L'ARTISTA
Krayon is an Italian pixel artist born in Melfi, based in Rome. After studies in industrial design and graphics, he developed a personal language with which he has stood out for years. The pixel is the basic element on which he builds his works with patience and precision. His work reveals the project framework and the management of the image in its complexity. He has always been influenced by classical-scientific arts, from Seurat's Neo-Impressionism to Vasarely's Optical Art. During his artistic path he has painted for many festivals such as Vedo a Colori (Civitanova Marche), ManuFactory (Comacchio), Blue Flow (Ventotene), Street Art Wine Fest (Marsala), In Wall We Trust (Airola). In 2015 he created TEXTURA in fest, the first street art festival in his hometown. In 2018 he was hosted in Shenzhen by Jardin Orange as a resident artist and his works were exhibited during the Shenzhen International Art Fair and the Hong Kong Affordable Art Fair. Some of his canvases have entered permanent collections of the HQB Museum in Shenzhen and the Bank of Italy.
