AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Title: Impressionist Landscape
ㅤ
School: Catalan School (20th century)
ㅤ
Author: Aureli Tolosa
ㅤ
Style: Landscape Impressionism
ㅤ
Technique: Oil on canvas
ㅤ
State: Good overall condition.
ㅤ
Circle and artistic influence:
The work relates to the Catalan tradition of naturalist and impressionist landscape, especially with the direct representation of groves, riverbanks and spring light effects. The chromatic delicacy maintains links with European plein air landscape.
ㅤ
River landscape dominated by several trees with light trunks and branches covered with small flowers. The water appears to the right of the composition, while a path runs through the vegetation on the opposite side. The soft palette of greens, ochres and pinkish tones conveys a spring-like and tranquil atmosphere.
ㅤ
Golden frame of wide profile and classical finish, with a narrow dark interior moulding.
ㅤ
Aureli Tolosa develops in this work a landscape painting based on the observation of nature, the study of trees and the construction of a luminous and serene atmosphere.
ㅤ
Observations:
ㅤ
The work may incur damage during transport even with proper packaging. In that case, we will require photographs of the defects to proceed with compensation. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.
ㅤ
Exceptionally, shipping costs may be affected by a surcharge for reasons such as being outside a continental territory, excess dimensions or weight of the item. PremiArt will in no case cover this surcharge
ㅤ
The courier that must cross the Swiss border can experience much longer delays than normal, so, if possible to speed up the processing, we will provide the customs number that is holding the shipment so the client can unlock it and thus reach its destination. Experience has taught us that this is the most effective solution for both parties
ㅤ
Due to the high volume of shipments it is possible that the order is delayed more than three days, so we apologize and thank you for your patience. Any questions about your order please contact us via internal messaging
