Vintage Eterna-Matic 2000 Centenaire (ref. 465T) in beautiful condition, from the year 1965, complete with its original box!
This timepiece is one of the most stylish and characterful square ("tank") models from Eterna's late 1960s to early 1970s lineup.
Beating inside is Eterna's proprietary, ball-bearing automatic movement (the Eterna-Matic Cal. 1480K / 1481K family), running perfectly and reliably.
Eterna's pioneering ball-bearing rotor design is so iconic that the brand logo itself depicts the five ball bearings!
The brushed silvery -champagne dial is adorned with flawless applied markers and a date display at the 3 o'clock position. Along the edges of the dial, a very subtle, uniform, and tasteful patina has developed over time, lending the watch a unique character and authentic vintage vibe.
The distinctive square stainless steel case features a gold-plated finish. While it shows minor scratches consistent with its age, it remains an exceptionally striking and elegant piece.
