The nature of the technique I use makes every piece of the series a unique and unrepeatable work. The dimensions and the texture of the final piece may differ slightly from the photos and from the declared measurements.
The work consists of a pyramidal prism, interrupted three quarters by a hollow portion. I consider this work a vindication of the Self over the vicissitudes of existence, but also an innate longing upwards. Towards a metamorphosis of form into pure energy. Matter that becomes spirit. The hollow portion that interrupts the ascent of the form towards the summit stands out as an ensemble of parts that, unused, remain imprinted as empty traces of past experiences.
