The Coffee Can Wait - Hand signed is a 40 by 40 cm limited edition giclée print on canvas by LeYack, signed by the artist, created in 2026, in excellent condition, produced in France and sold direct from the artist, with a certificate of authenticity and delivery ready to frame in a secure package.
Description from the seller
It is late in a small building’s kitchen. Lying on the wooden work surface, in a white swimsuit, a woman rests on one elbow and looks out the window at the lights of the buildings opposite. On the stove, the espresso pot waits. On the table, a cup and two closed books.
Bonnard painted women at home like this, in the light of a bathroom or a kitchen, intimate scenes that no one was supposed to see. Le Yack returns to this intimacy and adds mystery: on the tile, his shadow draws another silhouette, as if someone were standing behind her. Is she dreaming of elsewhere, or is she waiting for someone?
Golden lamp light, blue night behind the glass, deep green of the cupboards: a sensual and silent canvas.

About the artist:

Each work tells a frozen moment, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the suggested story.
