Description from the seller
Series: Forest Architectures
Title: Where the River Keeps the Light
The series Forest Architectures explores the tree as a structural element of the landscape. Beyond its naturalistic representation, trunks, canopies and clearings organize themselves as an organic architecture that defines space, directs the gaze, and builds the visual rhythm of each composition. The forest ceases to be a backdrop and becomes the true protagonist of the work.
The compositions unfold through the layering of planes, verticals and masses of color that generate depth and atmosphere. Light filters through the vegetal forms, revealing open spaces, paths, reflections and horizons that appear and disappear within the density of the landscape. Each element participates in a balance where structure and nature merge in a single pictorial construction.
Color plays an essential role in organizing space. Chromatic variations model light, distance and the sense of volume, while the visible brushstroke adds dynamism and reinforces the expressive character of each surface. The forest thus transforms into a territory built from painting, where reality is interpreted through form, rhythm and atmosphere.
In Forest Architectures, nature reveals itself as a living structure in constant transformation. Each work invites contemplation of the landscape from a contemporary perspective, where light, color and the organization of space turn the forest into a visual experience of calm, depth and contemplation.
Authenticity of the work:
Each piece is hand-signed on the back of the canvas, guaranteeing its authenticity and preserving the visual purity of the painting surface. The signature includes the title of the work, the year of realization and Ella Suárez’s signature. The piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), validating its origin and authorship.
Clarifying note:
Reference images may show slight tonal variations from the original work due to the lighting of the spaces, which can affect contrast or color temperature, as well as differences between display devices. The photographs have been made with the greatest possible care.
Shipping details:
The artwork will be shipped rolled in a protective tube, a method that ensures its safety during transport and offers a more economical and sustainable option. The canvas includes an additional margin of 5 cm on each side to facilitate re-stretching, which can be done by the buyer or by a professional.
