Carafe - Karaf in eend vorm - Silverplated, Glass - Duck carafe

Vintage glass decanter with silver-plated details in the shape of a duck. The so-called Duck Carafe has this form so that the residue of the wine you pour remains on the bottom while serving.

Additionally, the shape is naturally beautiful and elegantly classic on the table. This type of decanters was often produced in France and Italy by wineries.

The approximate dimensions:

H 25 x L 24 x D 12 cm
Weight 750 g excluding packaging

The condition is excellent; signs of age include the light blue color of the glass/crystal and the discoloration of the glue used at the time. Both do not affect use.

We invite you to take a good look at the photos. They were taken in daylight, show the condition well, and are part of the description.

After purchase, the decanter will be carefully packaged for shipment by registered mail and insured. PLEASE NOTE: We ship within Europe excluding the Spanish and Portuguese islands.

After payment of your purchase, it will be shipped within 3 working days in accordance with Catawiki rules. We track your purchase via Track & Trace and advise you to do the same, especially for the delivery of the package.

If you have any questions or comments after receipt, we are happy to help via the Catawiki chat.
