Chess set - Ajedrez de Colección de Lujo de Salvador Dalí - Aluminium, wood, polyresin with injected metal

Beautiful, original and exclusive chess with Surrealist design from the Cinco Días (ENDESA) brand, dated 2004, limited and now out of print. It consists of a lovely original aluminum-injected board on wood measuring 33 x 33 cm and a complete set of 32 original and detailed pieces signed by the Dalí Foundation SDFV03.

These pieces represent the artist's finest works: the melting clock, the long-legged elephant, Dalí's dresses... The dimensions of the pieces range from 5 to 9 cm. These pieces have felt on their bases to prevent damage to them or the board.

This chess commemorates the 5th Centenary of the birth of the great Salvador Dalí. Both the board and the pieces are in very good condition, although the board may have some minor defect (superficial scratches, see photos). The pieces are in exceptional condition.

The lot also includes color photocopies that show and describe each of the pieces and their relation to the various works of the artist.

Therefore, we are talking about a chess with an original, discontinued board and pieces, in very good condition and highly coveted by collectors around the world.

The lot will be properly packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.

There is the option to pick it up in person in Toledo, capital (Spain).
