Observations:
ㅤ
The piece may incur damage during transport even with proper packaging. In that case, we will require photographs of the damages to proceed with compensation. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.
ㅤ
Exceptionally, shipping costs may be affected by a surcharge due to causes such as being outside a continental territory, excessive dimensions or weight of the item. PremiArt will not cover this surcharge under any circumstances
ㅤ
The courier that must cross the Swiss border may be delayed much more than normal, so, if possible, to speed up processing, we will provide the customs number that is holding the shipment so that the client can unlock it and thus reach its destination. Experience has taught us that this is the most effective solution for both parties
ㅤ
Due to the high volume of shipments it is possible that the order is delayed more than three days, for which we apologize and thank you for your patience. Any questions about your order please contact us via internal messaging
