Notes:

The work may incur damage during transport even with proper packaging. In such a case, we will require photographs of the damages to proceed with compensation. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.

Exceptionally, shipping costs may be affected by an extra charge for causes such as being outside a continental territory, excessive dimensions or weight of the item. In no case will PremiArt cover this surcharge.

The courier that must cross the Swiss border may be delayed much more than normal, so, if possible, to speed up the processing, we will provide the customs number that is holding the shipment so the client can unlock it and have it reach its destination. Experience has shown that this is the most effective solution for both parties.

Due to the high volume of shipments, the order may be delayed more than three days, for which we apologize and thank you for your patience. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us via internal messaging.
