Character: A sweet wine with an intense golden-yellow hue, featuring notes of honey, candied lemon, and stone fruit on the nose. It opens with a sweet character, offering rich fruit flavors balanced by a fresh finish. This wine is produced in very limited quantities—approximately 200 liters per year.

Winemaking: At the end of the growing season, the grapes are left on the vines until "noble rot" (*Botrytis cinerea*) develops. The grapes are harvested by hand in several successive passes and then fermented. Given the small-scale production, the juice is matured in glass vessels before being bottled.
