6/7 Early XXth C. damask linen napkins with P.P. initials - Napkin - 60 cm - 70 cm

This is a set of 6/7 damask linen napkins.
I am not altogether 100%, but it appears that the initials are
hand embroidered.
Whichever it is a rather elegant napkin and the initials P.P. are very finely
embroidered. The are sitting in an oval frame of very fine floral decoration..
The borders are “lined” with a rich array of flowers and leaves and the flowers
appear to look like small carnations.
Although there are 7 napkins, one napkin has had a repair and we have covered
this with a piece of “autocollant" and it will prevent from further opening.
Obviously the napkin is added “free” and the 6 napkins are in perfect condition.
