Nikola Jokic - jersey

Beautiful custom Denver Nuggets jersey signed by Nikola Jokic

Jokic was drafted in 2014 by the Denver Nuggets, for whom he would play as center. In the 2018/2019 season he was selected for the NBA All-Star Game for the first time. Later in the season he helped the Denver Nuggets reach the Conference Finals. Together with veteran Paul Millsap and teammate Jamal Murray, with whom Jokic helped specialize the pick-and-roll, they lost to the Portland Trail Blazers in a decisive Game 7. Led by Damian Lillard, the Trail Blazers advanced to the final.

Jokić grew into the Nuggets' big star and was voted NBA MVP in the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons. His versatility was especially valued. Jokic did not excel in one specific area of basketball, but posted high statistics across several categories (points, rebounds, and assists). He led his team in 2022/23 to the first title in the Western Conference and thus the franchise's first NBA Finals appearance. He shone there as well. Jokic and the Nuggets were too strong for the Miami Heat 4–1 and became NBA champions for the first time. The Serbian himself was named Finals MVP. In the 2022/23 season Jokic became the first player ever to record the most points (600), the most rebounds (269), and the most assists (190) in the playoffs. Additionally, he recorded ten triple-doubles during the playoffs, which was also a record.
