The Swiss watch brand Ostara unfortunately no longer exists.
The solid nickel case (polished) shows only a little and light wear.
Diameter is 38 mm (excluding the crown).
The crystal is still in nice condition... under certain lighting there is some circular crazing visible.
Dial in satin-silver... without defects... gold hands and small seconds in a recessed section.
Large, updated crown that winds easily.
Bezel (front) made of gilded brass.
Original steel marked snap-back... with behind it the Swiss solid manual-wind movement.
It runs neatly to time, is clean, oiled and adjusted.
Complete with a green unworn Hirsch strap of chrome-leather.
Suitable for wrists up to 20.5 cm in circumference.

In short: visibly neatly maintained vintage gentlemen's watch... extra large and running well
