Plymouth - Conic - No reserve price - Men - 1970-1979

This striking men's watch has a conical case, it is 14 cm tall.... typical of the 1970s.

The Plymouth brand was by no means unknown in watchmaking circles and was highly regarded for its distinctive models.

This watch, too, with its matte gold-plated side, shiny bezel and lovely blue-green dial with sheen.
In very good condition with little wear.
The diameter is 39.6 mm. (excluding the crown).
Crystal glass still like new.
Dial with a window for day and date.... both with quick-set in the 1st crown position.
In the 2nd position the hands can be set..... and in the pushed-in position one can wind this automatic movement.
Between 9 and 10 a small imperfection.... otherwise flawless.
Steel screwed case back with behind it the accurately running ETA automatic movement.
Recently serviced.... the deviation in 24 hours is on average 2 seconds (measured on the digital tester.... moment of measurement).
Equipped with an unworn handmade reptile leather strap in 4 colors...... suitable for wrists up to 20 cm in circumference.
This strap completes the whole and makes it very special..... an 'eye-catcher'.

In short: an unusual whole..... a tall conically shaped case..... a super precise movement and a stylish expensive leather strap.
