Description from the seller

A unique, hand-painted decorative canvas. This tiger painting was created by an Indian artist and commissioned by one of Spain's most renowned interior designers, Jaime Parladé.

Parladé was an icon of the colonial-ethnic style, designing interiors for the most discerning clients in the 1970s and 1980s in Marbella, Spain, including interiors for Julio Iglesias, Spanish aristocrats, and British aristocrats.
The artist Parladé collaborated with continues to create to this day—a veteran master who has developed his distinctive style over decades. His works are typically decorative, yet distinguished by their handcrafted quality, expressive movement, and exotic aesthetic, perfectly in keeping with current interior design trends: boho-luxe, colonial safari, organic modern, and Marbella style.

The canvas is made on a thick, durable material that handles shipping well and allows for easy framing according to the client's preferences. It is shipped flat-packed.
The canvas is for sale alone, unframed, measuring 180 cm x 116 cm.
