Chérrisson (1826-1900), Gedateerd: (18)92 - Belgische Luitenant

Very beautiful painting by a Belgian lieutenant in an exceptionally beautiful antique frame. Nice signature "Chérrisson (1826-1900)" and dated "92" meaning 1892. Dimensions of the painting: 70 x 50 cm; oil on canvas; in good condition (though with craquelure), with no restorations or damage. The painting is in the original antique frame from 1892 and is in perfect condition. There are some old professional restorations, but they are (hardly) visible. Definitely one of the better works of this Belgian artist. The photos are part of the description. Can be picked up in 3770 Riemst or shipped. The stated shipping costs for Europe are for the surrounding countries and a few other countries. For the "Rest of Europe", the shipping cost depends on the destination country: for example Norway or Portugal shipping costs may be higher and the customer may be contacted. TIP: Riemst is 7 km from Tongeren, where weekly on Sunday mornings the GREATEST ANTIQUE MARKET of the BeNeLux takes place. People of all nationalities come here to look/buy. You can combine picking up the frame with a visit to the antique market and then pick up the frame at home on Sunday afternoon. Moreover, Riemst is also 5 km from Maastricht and 15 km from Liège/Luik.
