Raphaël Monnet develops contemporary abstract painting where color becomes matter, rhythm and movement.
He approaches the canvas as an experimental space. The painting is projected, accumulated and confronted with opposing colors. The impacts cross paths, some areas densify while others allow the background to breathe.

The indicated dimensions correspond to the total size of the canvas. A painted peripheral section is intended to be folded over the sides of the frame, without encroaching on the main composition.
Some images show the artwork staged to facilitate projection into an interior. They are made using the ArtStage staging software which creates AI mockups. Proportions may vary slightly depending on the staging. Please refer to the dimensions indicated in the description to know the real size of the work.
The edges are partially painted and allow for a clean finish after assembly.

The work is shipped rolled in a rigid protective packaging, without stretcher or frame.
Light creases may appear on receipt. This is perfectly normal for a rolled canvas. These marks naturally disappear when the canvas is tensioned.
For optimal results, it is recommended to have the canvas mounted on a stretcher by a local framer.
Deliveries are made by express courier — DHL, FedEx or equivalent — with careful tracking until delivery.
Some particular destinations may incur additional shipping costs beyond my control. In this case, the buyer will be informed before shipment to adjust the costs if necessary. Without confirmation of these costs, shipment cannot be made.
