Adri Q is a young Afro-Cuban artist born in Cuba who currently resides and works in Alicante, Spain, living and working in El Campello, Alicante, whose painting arises from the encounter between illustration, geometry and a deeply contemporary sensibility. Through acrylic on canvas, she has developed a recognizable visual language, characterized by the use of intense colors, flat surfaces, geometric structures and a rich succession of graphic patterns that turn each composition into a dynamic universe that is easy to identify.

Her work moves freely between figuration and abstraction. At times it starts from recognizable scenes — musicians, women, dancers, Mediterranean landscapes, animals or characters belonging to the collective imagination — and then fragments them and reconstructs them through chromatic blocks, visual rhythms and decorative elements.
