2022 Aromes del Paradis - Priorat D.O.Q. - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

This family-estate wine, of which only 1,000 bottles have been produced, offers a delicate modern interpretation of Priorat. Here, the focus is on aroma and fruit: an expressive nose of ripe black and red fruit, a mineral backdrop characteristic of slate soils, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is broad and precise, with pure fruit, polished tannins, and an acidity that keeps the wine fresh despite its 15% ABV, which adds body without heaviness. The finish is long, mineral, and clean.

A gastronomic wine — ideal with game, lamb, and aged cheeses — with excellent bottle-aging potential over the coming years.

Special edition. An exclusive Priorat, both in production volume and in style.
