Description from the seller
Fascinating and important men’s pocket watch from the famous Swiss manufacturer OMEGA, dating from the early 20th century (circa 1905-1907). An excellent example of high watchmaking engineering of the era, preserved in splendid aesthetical condition.
Splendid original white enamel dial in excellent condition. It features large black Arabic numerals for the hours and a peripheral “chemin de fer” (railway) minute track. Small seconds counter at 6 o’clock. Elegant original blued hands in the “Poire” style. Omega brand with logo impressed in the center.
Double hunter-case in solid high-grade silver (punched “C 900” and signed inside with the official OMEGA logo).

• Diameter: 47mm (excluding crown).
• The case back shows a smooth finish with a sober patina of time that enhances its authenticity.
Countercase (Cuvette):
The inner dust cover is magnificently engraved and decorated with the medals won by Omega at the Great Universal Expositions of the era (Paris 1889, Chicago 1893, Geneva 1896, Brussels 1897). It bears the movement’s technical specifications: “Spiral Breguet - Balancier Compensé - Ancre Ligne Droite 15 Rubis - Levées Visibles - Double Plateau”.
Omega-manufactured manual-wind mechanical movement, with a sand-gilt finish. Clean mechanics of excellent craftsmanship, equipped with 15 jewels and regulation of the lever for time (F/S - A/R).
