Work related to the Catalan landscape tradition of the 20th century, especially to currents derived from the Olot School and the naturalism of Joaquim Vayreda. The atmospheric construction of the landscape, the prominence of nature, and the treatment of light show affinities with Catalan Post-Impressionist landscape art and with rural representations of the first half of the 20th century.

The painting depicts a mountainous rural landscape, dominated by a traditional masia situated among trees and fields of abundant vegetation. In the vicinity of the building stand two large cone-shaped granaries, characteristic elements of the agricultural environment.

A dirt road traverses the composition from the foreground to the buildings, creating a natural perspective that guides the eye toward the bottom of the valley.

In the background rise different mountain formations in bluish and greenish tones, softened by a luminous atmosphere that adds depth to the whole.

The vegetation shows a rich chromatic variety of greens, ochres, and yellows, while the mountains blend into a range of soft blues. The brushwork combines compositional precision and expressive freedom, features of post-Impressionist landscape painting.

The work is presented with a wide-profile wooden frame, finished in aged brown and gold tones, with stepped classical moldings that enhance the traditional character of the composition.
