Multidisciplinary photographer-artist, author and musician, David Law develops a body of work focused on gaze, presence and the perception of the image in urban space. Magic Clouds invites us to rediscover that childhood game of looking at the sky and recognizing animals or imaginary creatures in the clouds. Each image is built from a photograph of sky and clouds, whose natural shapes gradually suggest a presence.
The artist contributes with a minimalist touch: a few small black dots placed at the eye positions are enough to conjure a gaze and reveal the animal. A series where chance, imagination and poetry meet.

Each work is offered in a limited edition of 8 numbered copies + 4 artist’s proofs (A.P.), signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
